Shipping from China<\/h2>

Orders are dispatched from Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Preparation and production time are separate from carrier transit time. Please allow for both when planning a purchase.<\/p>

Destinations and availability<\/h2>

Our current online retail delivery destinations are Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, T\u00fcrkiye, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vietnam.<\/p>

Service is subject to the full delivery address, postcode where used, parcel size, quantity, value and carrier restrictions. Some postcodes and territories are excluded. A country appearing in this list does not mean every address is served. If no delivery option is shown for your order, contact us before paying; it does not mean delivery is free.<\/p>

In-stock items<\/h2>

For an order containing only in-stock items, we dispatch within 2 business days after payment is received. This is preparation time before dispatch, not a delivery promise. Business days for our preparation schedule exclude weekends and public holidays in China.<\/p>

Standard-size pre-orders<\/h2>

The production lead time for a pre-order size appears on the relevant product page. Check the selected style and size before ordering. A standard-size pre-order remains a standard-size purchase, including for any applicable cancellation right.<\/p>

Individual custom sizing<\/h2>

Your individual quotation sets out the garment, body and proposed finished-garment measurements, custom-sizing charge and estimated production-completion date. Provide snug body measurements without adding ease. We determine the garment measurements and ease for the design.<\/p>

Your payment-page confirmation accepts the quotation and authorises production after payment has been received and verified. No separate routine confirmation is required after payment. Sending measurements or merely initiating payment does not start production. A production-completion date is not a delivery date.<\/p>

Combined orders<\/h2>

Items in the same order are dispatched together when all are ready. If an order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items wait for the pre-order items. Allow for the longest applicable preparation or production time, followed by transit. Separately quoted custom orders follow their agreed schedule.<\/p>

Delivery services and charges<\/h2>

The available delivery service and charge are shown for your address and items before you place an order, or in your custom quotation before payment. We arrange carrier bookings manually. Overseas services may use Yanwen Logistics and local delivery partners; Macao service may use SF Express.<\/p>

Delivery charges depend on the order and destination. They are not a promise of a fixed worldwide rate, free shipping or service for an unlimited number of garments. In particular, a single-item delivery quote does not establish the price for a larger parcel.<\/p>

Japan \u2014 tracked delivery<\/h2>

Japan delivery is available from 17 October 2026 through the Yanwen tracked service. Estimated transit is 3\u20135 business days after handover, excluding production, preparation and customs delays. The available delivery charge is shown before payment. Okinawa has a CNY 100 carrier surcharge, converted to the store currency and included in the quoted delivery price.<\/p>

This is a personal-import service for individual recipients at residential addresses, not companies, Amazon or other warehouses. Enter the recipient’s complete first and last name, full street address, matching prefecture and seven-digit postcode, city in English, and a Japanese phone number of 10 or 11 digits beginning with 0.<\/p>

The carrier accepts a truthful declared goods value of no more than JPY 10,000 per recipient per shipping day, including multiple parcels sent on the same day. Checkout uses cached Japan Customs exchange rates to check the single-order limit; we check the final declaration and any combined shipments again before dispatch. Do not split orders to bypass the carrier’s limit. Contact us before paying for larger orders, company deliveries or other requirements outside this service.<\/p>

We handle import or clearance charges billed to the sender under this tracked service’s terms. No separate import-tax prepayment is added at checkout. This is not a promise that every product is legally tax-exempt; customs assessment depends on the goods and declaration. Any different delivery or payment arrangement must be agreed before purchase.<\/p>

Taxes and customs<\/h2>

Taiwan tracked delivery uses the carrier\u2019s quoted DDP service, which includes import duties and taxes. For destinations other than Taiwan and the Japan tracked service described above, the freight quotations used for our delivery charges exclude import taxes, which are separate from the freight charge. The tax treatment and any charges payable to us are identified before you place the order. Where import charges are payable separately to a carrier or authority, we explain that arrangement before purchase, including the amount or calculation information where required. A delivery charge alone does not establish that every import tax or clearance charge is included.<\/p>

We provide truthful parcel and customs information. Please provide the delivery information needed for lawful clearance. We remain responsible for any tax collection or other obligation imposed on us by applicable law.<\/p>

Transit estimates and delays<\/h2>

Carrier transit begins after handover. The delivery estimate for the selected service must be considered alongside preparation or production time. Customs clearance, destination restrictions and local delivery can affect timing. No guaranteed arrival date applies unless we expressly agree to one.<\/p>

If you need an item for an occasion, contact us before ordering. We will tell you about a material delay and any revised estimate. Your rights concerning an agreed delivery deadline, non-delivery, cancellation and refund remain available under applicable law. A delay does not automatically entitle us to keep your payment indefinitely.<\/p>

Address changes and delivery problems<\/h2>

Check the recipient name, full address and contact details before ordering. Contact us promptly if they need correcting. We will check whether a change is still possible and explain any additional cost before agreeing to it.<\/p>

For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect parcel, contact elsamilu@outlook.com<\/a> with enough information to identify the order. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by law. You do not have to settle a claim with our carrier before exercising your rights against us.<\/p>
