Withdraw from a contract or request a return
Send a cancellation notice or tell us about an item that needs attention. You do not need an account or an order number if you can provide other purchase details. Giving a reason for withdrawal is optional.

Returns are sent to China and may involve international postage. The applicable deadline and who pays depend on your destination and the type of request. Statutory rights take priority; no automatic rejection is made by this form.
For eligible EU and UK standard-size purchases, give withdrawal notice within 14 days after receipt, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. The separate rules for faulty or nonconforming goods remain available. For these EU/UK change-of-mind returns you bear direct return postage where properly informed in advance, unless the law requires us to pay. We meet necessary return costs for faulty or nonconforming goods where required by law.
